MOTION DESIGNER

Location: Beeple Studios, Charleston, SC
Type: Full-time, on-site

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and produce compelling 2D and 3D motion graphics and visual effects using Cinema4D, Unreal Engine, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and implement design concepts for various projects combining digital and physical artwork.
• Continuously explore and suggest new techniques and technologies to enhance visual output and workflow efficiency.
• Create content for social media.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Handle multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Manage and execute live visual productions during events (utilizing Resolume and D3).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with an exceptional portfolio/reel showcasing a range of dynamic and complex animations and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Cinema4D, Unreal Engine, After Effects, and Photoshop with the ability to take a project from initial ideas to completion.
• Experience with live visual production software such as Resolume and D3 a plus.
• A good understanding of NFTs and blockchain technology, with the ability to integrate these concepts into creative projects.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and the ability to integrate new tools to workflows.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams that combine hardware and software.
• Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
